Fifteen issues later and I’m still here. The blank between entries has to do with my ambivalence about blogging. Today I think I will blog, thus an entry!

This week is a non-news week, though. No Town, County or School Board meetings. That makes it hard to fill an issue, though at least there are a lot of soft news stories, because of Halloween. The Elementary School parade was really cute yesterday with the entire population, students and teachers, decked out in their Halloween costumes. Even the Principal dressed up as the Lansing Bobcat. Really fun.

With elections coming up I interviewed the Town Board candidates. I have to say that I like two of them very much (for the seats — they are all likable as people). Well, I don’t have to say it, and that’s me not abusing the power of the press.

I suppose one benefit of a blog is that I can be brief. Signing off for now…
